Fees and Methods of Payment
Fees for counseling services can be paid upon completion of your session with cash, check, or credit card.
Fees for mental health counseling services - private pay:
Counseling or Play Therapy Session: $150 (50 minute session). I can provide a Superbill for my out-of-network clients upon request.
Associate level therapists (LPC-A) under my personal supervision at the practice do not accept insurance, but they offer a reduced rate per session. Please inquire.
Insurance: I am currently in-network with Optum, United Healthcare, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Oscar. I use a company called Headway to manage insurance claims and billing to insurance.
Cancellations: When you schedule an appointment with me, that time is specifically reserved for you. If you are unable to keep an appointment, notification by phone 24 hours before your scheduled time is required. You will be charged the full fee for any missed appointments without 24 hours notice.
