Intake Process



Call 214-810-0872 or click here to send an e-mail requesting a call back for a phone consultation.  I will listen to your concerns and determine the best course of action.  If it is determined that I am not the best fit for you, I will make every effort to provide you with the necessary referrals.



An intake session will be scheduled for us to meet. During this session you and I will discuss your concerns in more detail. To allow the most time to discuss your concerns, please download the necessary paperwork from the Secure Client Area so that you can have these forms completed in advance.  I will explain these forms in more detail and answer any questions you might have during the intake session.



During the intake, I will recommend services that best meet your specific needs. You will have an opportunity to decide if you feel comfortable with these recommendations, and if so, a second session can be scheduled and regular sessions can begin.
